Script Analysis

From the moment of birth, or perhaps before, children receive messages from parents and parent figures. All the do’s and don’t messages of how to be, and not be, cause children to make decisions to survive, and get along with the adults they live with. Decisions about Self, Others and Life become the beliefs people live by. These decisions become the life script.

Learners will develop the knowledge of the Life Script, its importance and how it is formed. Use these skills to understand early decisions, and the formation of early beliefs, thus Life Script. Each learner will understand and demonstrate how the Life Script will affect behaviour and life patterns, as a result use various script treatments in order to change/get out of the Life Script.
