Three Paths to Autonomy and Self Actualisation

Why Do I Like TA?

TA is fun and interesting to teach, and easy to learn. Therefore people can put what they learn into practice the same day, resulting in improved relationships, and personal growth and understanding.

Many TA psychotherapists and counsellors, including myself, feel that TA has a spiritual component. Certainly all humans have an inner drive, known as Physis, it is a drive to become all we can be, and grow and change. Life is in constant flux always changing, always becoming.

Learning to live in the Now of life, and knowing that we are all “OK” at our core level, is a focus of TA.
